Welcome Bonus Policy

New members on 999tak will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a bonus of ৳2,000 for a total balance of ৳3,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳10,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 for a total balance of ৳18,000.

Wagering Requirements

The following conditions must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn:

• Wagering requirement for the welcome bonus: 15 times (based on the bonus amount).
• A specific time limit may apply to completing the wagering requirement.

Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Any misuse of bonus policies — such as claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, placing coordinated bets, or attempting to meet bonus conditions through any manipulative method — will be considered a punishable offence and may result in account closure.

General Gaming Policy

The following rules apply to playing games on the 999tak platform:

• All games are conducted in a fair and transparent manner (fair play).
• If the internet connection is lost during a game, the result will be saved on the server.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical fault, the bet amount will be refunded.

Live Casino and Sports Betting

Reasons for Account Suspension

999tak may temporarily or permanently close or suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact the support team. Please complete any pending withdrawal requests before closing the account.
